Mr Fan has over 30 years experience in diversified business in Hong Kong, China and Australia. He has a wide network of business and officials relationship in China and has been assisting Australian companies to invest in China. More recently, he has been promoting investment in Australia by both government and private owned Chinese entities in a wide range of business sectors. He is a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Dr King graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Physics/Mathematics from the University of East Anglia in 1968, a Masters degree in Geophysics from Imperial College, University of London in 1969, and a PhD in Seismology from the Australian National University in 1974. After an early academic research career, he held executive positions at Offshore Oil NL and Hartogen Energy Limited before an appointment as Managing Director of gold producer North Flinders Mines Ltd. In 1991, he joined Beach Petroleum/Claremont Petroleum as Chief Executive Officer, a position he held until 1995. He was also a director of Sapex Limited from March 2006 to September 2008 and of Gas2Grid from December 2004 until August 2008. He is a founding director of Eastern Star Gas Limited, a director of Baron Partners Limited (since 1990) and Medical Therapies Limited. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Mr Wang holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Shanghai University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney. He is a Justice of the Peace with more than 15 years experience in the accounting profession in Australia. He is a Fellow Member of the Taxation Institute of Australia, a member of National Institute of Accountants and an affiliate member of the Financial Planner Association of Australia. He is the Chief Financial Officer. He is a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr Zheng has over 15 years experience in business in China, primarily in Shanghai and Beijing, and in Australia. He has developed a good network of business relationships in China and Australia. He has been working in conjunction with Mr Fan for a number of years. He is a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Dr Xu has over 20 years experience in Australia and international mining industry. This experience includes technical and senior management roles with Queensland Mining Coporation, Xstrata, Sparton Resources and Queensland Epithermal Gold. He holds an MSc in Economic Geology from China University of Geosciences and PhD from James Cook University in Australia. A geologist with specialist IOCG, Mt Isa Style copper and Carlin gold skills, Dr. Xu has in-depth knowledge of exploration techniques and extensive experience in mineral resources in Australia, China and Papua New Guinea. He is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists, and a competent person as defined by the 2004 JORC Code.

Zhongliang Liu is a former Chairman of China Minmetals Corporation, one of the largest state owned mining enterprise in China with global operations, and was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Chinese New York Trade Center. He is presently the Honorary Chairman of Chinese Paleontological Fossil Conservation Fund. During his 30 years at China Minmetals Corporation, Mr Liu accumulated extensive experience in metallurgy, mining and international trade. As a high level and influential member of the business community in China, Mr Liu has developed a wide network of relationships both in China and internationally, and he is well sought after for business advice. Ausmon Resources Limited looks to benefit from his business acumen and wealth of experience in his capacity of Chief Advisor to the company.

Pieter has over 25 years experience in geophysics, mining geology,geochemistry, hard rock exploration, mineral processing and mining economics,covering gold, copper, lead, zinc, nickel, chromium, uranium, mineral sands,tungsten, phosphate, gems and industrial minerals, including two operating mines.

He also has a strong background in securities analysis and mining project evaluation with 10 years experience in resources investing, including 7 in funds management. He has high level management experience having occupied positions of SES level at State Super, Group General Manager at Gold Fields/RGC, and director of various companies including IER (oil and gas) and Ulan Coal.

He currently manages the Company’ s NSW exploration assets at Cobar, Orange and Koonenberry and assesses new projects.

Over 30 years experience in petroleum refining and production, with extensive knowledge of petroleum products.

Previous plant manager of oil refinery in Wujiang Province, China. Senior engineer and director of Suzhou JiuTai Corporation.
